Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Change Governance and Controls Analyst to join our Global Technology Change Governance & Oversight team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance and controls within IT and a proven ability to design, execute, and measure change control processes across a large enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and execution of Global Technology Change Control processes.
- Define controls and measure process performance on monthly and quarterly cycles.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Change process with Risk, Audit, and external Regulators.
- Support change management deliverables and documentation, including issue and risk logs, status reports, requirements, design documents, and project plans.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver timely reporting across required deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance analysis and reviews on data from lines of business, generate reports, and publish within timelines.
- Manage responsibilities proactively and operate independently to drive outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- 5+ years in an IT governance and control environment.
- Knowledge of risk management approaches, processes, tools, and routines.
- Basic understanding of Change Management and associated controls.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data using Excel, Pivot Tables, Tableau, and SQL.
- Ability to identify process and organizational control gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ability to standardize processes and implement metrics and best practices.
- Experience developing work breakdown structures and executing action plans.
- Experience gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to propose target solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Business process management or control framework knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders and follow procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with change management systems such as Jira, Horizon, or Remedy.
- SharePoint and Wiki knowledge.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Self-starter, organized, strategic thinker able to operate with minimal oversight.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adhere to policies and standards.
- Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and independent task management.
Work Setup and Hiring Process
- Hybrid schedule. Minimum three days onsite per week.
- Target start: September or October.
- Interview: one to two rounds. Video required. In-person may be required.
- ID verification via Glider.
