Job Title:Lead Java Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 8 Months + Extension

Bill Rate: $72/hour

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Java (Java 11/17 or above).
  • Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience using Devin AI for AI-assisted software development and engineering workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience developing REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
  • Experience with Maven or Gradle.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
