Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BMS/EPMS Commissioning Engineer to support commissioning activities for a hyperscale data center project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform BMS/EPMS commissioning, functional testing, and system validation.
• Verify HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and control system performance.
• Troubleshoot commissioning issues and support project turnover.
• Review commissioning plans, documentation, and test reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of BMS/EPMS commissioning experience.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
• Knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH, and electrical systems.
• Experience with Johnson Controls, Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, or Tridium Niagara.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
