The Role

• Immerse yourself in the diverse responsibilities of a store manager, undergoing intensive training to become a Regional Sales Manager.
• Shadow an experienced Regional Sales Manager who will guide you through all processes and tasks, supporting your journey to leadership.
• Take on personnel responsibility and manage your own region encompassing multiple stores and teams.
• Collaborate closely with store managers to ensure operational excellence.
