The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, with demand-led scheduling.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault finding.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for a highly reputable and established brand.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
