Description
This role involves supporting business decisions through data analysis and insights, focusing on digital enhancements and user experiences. 
The position is based in a hybrid setting and requires expertise in business intelligence tools and data storytelling. 
Candidates should have a strong understanding of data analysis and stakeholder management.
Analyze data to evaluate digital performance and user experience.
Provide insights and strategy recommendations to optimize digital outcomes.
Develop and manage reporting solutions to monitor digital product performance.
Evaluate digital enhancements by defining success measures and monitoring adoption.
Identify trends and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Use analytics to improve processes and forecast potential impacts of initiatives.
Connect data across systems to support reliable reporting and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from various sources to drive insights into digital performance.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
Develop and manage advanced reporting and BI solutions for digital products.
Evaluate new enhancements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Produce actionable reports to identify areas of improvement and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics.
Advanced skill in using business intelligence applications for reporting and analytics.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business partners.
Advanced knowledge of data integration and measurement governance techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across audiences.
