ServiceNow Virtual Agent & ITSM Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Virtual Agent & ITSM Integration Specialist to design, develop, and enhance intelligent self-service and automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Request, Universal Request, SLA)
• Expertise in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Strong Glide API (JavaScript) development experience
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience designing Virtual Agent conversational flows and workflow automation
• Knowledge of chatbot integrations and enterprise workflow automation

• ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence
• AI/GenAI integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Comprehend)
• Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Graph API integrations

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Virtual Agent conversational experiences
• Configure ITSM workflows for Incident, Request, and SLA management
• Build automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Develop custom solutions using Glide API and JavaScript
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications through REST APIs
• Implement AI-powered knowledge search and chatbot capabilities
• Support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions
