Position Overview
We are building a dedicated Enterprise Travel Service Team to support deployment of Motorola DMR Critical Communication systems (including LCP and CapMAX platforms) and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES systems at enterprise-level customer facilities — including multi-story office buildings, data centers, and shipping/production facilities. The Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction is a senior field leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple deployment crews across a region. This leader conducts pre-site walks, validates site readiness, runs on-site kickoff meetings, performs QA/QC inspections, and ensures every project is delivered safely, on time, and to our quality standard. Beyond managing projects, this role is about building and sustaining high-performing teams — creating an environment where field professionals are clear on expectations, supported in their work, and motivated to deliver their best every day. Additional support to branch-level operations is provided as needed. This is a salaried, travel-intensive leadership role requiring 80% regional travel with national deployment as needed.

7+ years of low-voltage construction and field operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
Demonstrated experience overseeing Motorola DMR system installations, including CapMAX and/or LCP infrastructure

Excellent communication skills — able to lead crews in the field and engage professionally with enterprise-level stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project reporting tools
Valid driver''''s license with clean MVR; must pass background check and drug screening
