Conduct site surveys and field walkdowns to identify deficiencies, installation errors, and constructability issues

Ensure vendors and subcontractors meet DataBank standards for installation, splicing, testing, and closeout documentation

Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and closeouts

Create scopes, identify inconsistencies, and catch construction issues before they impact cost or schedule

Documentation & Collaboration

Maintain fiber inventory, design records, and as-builts in Carma and CAD systems

Manage queues and route, update, and track tickets within DBoss

Support RFPs, pre-sales design requests, feasibility reviews, and customer/site survey needs
