• 6+ years ofexperience in enterprise application delivery, workflow automation,digital transformation, or low-code platform development.

Domain expertise is critical.A Senior Appian Analyst is expected not only to possess strong Appian technicalcapabilities but also to provide subject matter expertise, design guidance, andstrategic recommendations to stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Ability toidentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, operationalefficiency, and improved customer experience through Appian solutions.
  
• Strongunderstanding of enterprise data management, governance, security, andcompliance requirements.
  
• Proven abilityto build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders acrossbusiness, technology, and operational teams.
  
• Demonstratedleadership in guiding analysts and developers through solution design,estimation, implementation, and production support activities.
  
• Strongcommercial and business acumen with the ability to balance businessoutcomes, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
  
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, including the ability to explaincomplex technical and architectural concepts to both technical andnon-technical audiences.
  
• AppianCertified Analyst, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Architectcertifications are highly desirable.
