QA Engineer

Job Title:- QA Engineer with healthcare
Fully remote working in PST hours.

This is a manual testing role (automation isn't part of the immediate scope, though it may be introduced in 2027), covering functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across the enterprise, claims, enrollment, provider, UM, finance, and web/mobile. You'd work in ServiceNow for test case management and documentation and may support UAT coordination. QNXT and healthcare/payer experience preferred. Let me know if you'd like more details.

2. Have you used ServiceNow (or a similar tool) to create and maintain test cases and documentation? Describe your experience.

3. This role supports testing across multiple functional areas, claims, enrollment, provider, UM, finance, and web/mobile, rather than one specific area. Are you comfortable working across that broad a scope?

4. Do you have any experience coordinating UAT or supporting project/testing coordination tasks beyond hands-on testing itself?
