Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Master Data Program Lead / Data Governance Lead

Travel: Limited travel as needed for workshops and stakeholder engagement

This role is ideal for a strong functional leader who can combine deep Order-to-Cash business process expertise with master data governance leadership and work effectively with both business and IT teams.

Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Master Data Functional Lead to lead a global master data cleansing, standardization, and governance initiative across SAP and Oracle ERP platforms. This role will be responsible for establishing and enforcing master data standards, driving data quality improvements, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure customer, sales, pricing, and related O2C master data is accurate, consistent, and fit for business operations.
The ideal candidate possesses deep functional expertise in O2C business processes and master data structures within SAP and Oracle environments.
This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and data governance organizations to define standards, execute data remediation activities, and establish sustainable governance processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP functional roles, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Order-to-Cash processes.
Deep functional expertise in Order-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP master data structures and governance processes.
Proven experience leading master data cleansing, harmonization, or ERP transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of customer master, sales master, pricing master, credit management, billing, shipping, and related O2C data domains.
Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data assessment capabilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in global manufacturing environments.
SAP ECC and Oracle ERP experience.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Experience supporting ERP system harmonization initiatives.
