The Role • Operate and oversee a technically sophisticated, multi-stage production facility with various units and interfaces. • Collaborate closely with colleagues in a shift team, ensuring smooth handovers and effective communication. • Guarantee adherence to high-quality standards through critical checklist inspections and implementing corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings within SAP, ensuring process transparency. • Provide support to maintenance personnel during repair and upkeep activities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in packaging technology, process mechanics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience beyond initial vocational training is beneficial. • Willingness to learn a complex system systematically and take on increasing responsibility. • Strong safety awareness, working methodically, cleanly, and according to established standards. • Excellent communication skills in German.
