Migration Technical Lead (SC Cleared)

£530 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London, Leeds & Manchester)

A leading public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Migration Technical Lead to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining migration strategy, overseeing technical delivery, managing cutover activities, and ensuring successful migration outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online expertise
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Online
• Experience with Security Groups, RBAC and Conditional Access Policies
• Proven track record delivering large-scale M365 migration programmes
• Mailbox, archive and OneDrive migration experience
• Identity management, user provisioning and access replication
• Experience leading technical teams and managing key stakeholders
• Strong governance, risk management and documentation skills
• Active SC Clearance

Desirable

• BitTitan MigrationWiz or similar migration tools
• PowerShell automation and Scripting
• Public sector or healthcare transformation experience
• Teams Phone and Power Platform knowledge
• Understanding of complex M365 permission models and assurance processes

Contract Details

• Rate: £530 per day (Inside IR35)
• Start: Mid-August
• Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
• Location: Hybrid working with travel to London, Leeds & Manchester (approximately fortnightly)
