Sr. IAM (Identity Access Management) Consultant

We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Auth0 by Okta. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity platforms while leading authentication modernization initiatives for customer-facing applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 by Okta and Customer Identity (CIAM)
• Strong experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and SCIM
• Experience migrating legacy applications to centralized CIAM platforms
• Expertise in SSO, MFA, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Identity Platform architecture and enterprise IAM solutions
• Knowledge of Identity Engine, authentication policies, authorization servers, token management, and API security
• Experience with FIDO2/WebAuthn, Conditional Access, and modern authentication
• Programming experience in Java, Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Strong understanding of IAM security, threat modeling, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Auth0/Okta CIAM solutions.
• Lead authentication modernization and legacy application migration initiatives.
• Configure OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM integrations.
• Design authentication policies, authorization servers, scopes, claims, and token strategies.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build automation and CI/CD pipelines for IAM platform deployments.
• Support secure authentication, MFA, passwordless authentication, and FIDO2.
• Collaborate with application teams to onboard customer-facing applications to the enterprise identity platform.
• Perform IAM architecture reviews and security best-practice recommendations.
