Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Front-End Design: Develop conceptual front-end design documents, wireframes, and UI mockups in coordination with stakeholders to meet enterprise design system requirements.

• Back-End Architecture: Create technical documentation, including data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and system architecture specifications to guide development.

• Lead Programming: Serve as the lead developer and programmer for the enterprise web application.

• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify network, database, application, and infrastructure specifications.

• Project Tracking: Partner with Project Managers and team leads to monitor project status, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and align with the product roadmap.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead the testing lifecycle for the web application, including test case creation, execution, bug tracking, and remediation of system deficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web application development, spanning full-stack technologies.

• Design & Documentation: Strong proficiency in creating UI wireframes, data dictionaries, ERDs, and technical architecture documentation.

• Technical Communication: Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and define system specifications.

• Quality & Testing: Demonstrated experience leading test planning, executing test cases, and resolving software defects.

• Project Execution: Strong organizational skills to manage risks, track roadmap milestones, and deliver production-ready applications under deadlines.
