$130,000 - $260,000 / year Key Responsibilities In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Software Developer (Systems Software), you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: * Working in a training environment. * Managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Using Joomla site design and site administration. * Developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions. * Solving complex application development problems. * Providing advice and recommendations on product design. * Incorporating considerations into media design plans such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy. * Designing, building, and maintaining websites. * Graphic design including animation and 3D animation.  * Creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials. * Using the following authoring and scripting languages: Joomla, CSS, and HTML. * Using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution. * Using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking system. * Working with: * Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products. * Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). * JavaScript (JS). * HTML5. Highly Desired Qualifications Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: * Using Web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alert, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products. * Working with Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems. * Creating motion graphic products. * Working with specialists to build training products. * General photography. * Video production or experience in a video production support role. * Degree(s): Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institution. * Certification(s): UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution.
