Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead
Location: Remote( Ohio candidates only)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automation testing, Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, test planning, defect management, and leading QA teams.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in Salesforce testing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing
  • Experience with Selenium, TestNG, or similar automation tools
  • Experience writing test plans, test cases, and executing UAT
  • Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce objects, and workflows
  • Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
