SAP Finance Test Lead

Role: SAP Finance Test Lead

Location: Rahway, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 5+ months  

Must-have skills:

• SAP FI/CO functional skill (4+ years)
• SAP Testing (4+ years)
• Test management skill – Jira, Xray, VERA TESTING TOOLS hands on experience (4+ years) 

Responsibilities:

• SAP FI/CO Test Lead and overseeing teams of testers during the testing lifecycle.
• Become familiarized with the client''s core business processes in FBM and OtC workstreams to lead on pre/post testing activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders on requirements, scoping, and status updates.
• Support in resolving issues and bugs throughout testing while coordinating between multiple client SAP aligned support teams.
• Supporting efforts in Jira and Xray to ensure completion of testing and reporting is done properly.
• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, you will actively contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP ECC Finance and Costing is required.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
• Analyze testing outcomes to identify patterns and recommend improvements to enhance overall product quality.
• Engage proactively in problem-solving sessions to address complex challenges and optimize testing processes.

 Qualifications:

• What type of education is needed for this position? Bachelor’s and above in Science & Technology with IT experience and SAP knowledge
• Work location: Rahway, New Jersey
• Does this role require vaccination mandate? For client site access, drug tests would be required

• What are some “nice-to-have” skills: Basic TOSCA skill (2+ years)
