Project Manager - Office Fit-Out Projects Location: Nottinghamshire (Office-Based with Site Visits) Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance About the Company Our client is a growing and well-established construction and fit-out contractor, delivering a range of office refurbishment and fit-out projects across the region.

With a turnover of approximately £10 million this year and a strong portfolio of repeat business, they have built lasting relationships through quality delivery and excellent client service. Projects are typically small to medium-sized, within 1 hour of Nottingham.

The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a close-knit team You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, overseeing schemes from inception through to completion.

This is a predominantly office and site-based role with no home working, covering projects generally located within one hour of Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple office fit-out and refurbishment projects concurrently.<br />Coordinate project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.<br />Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing repeat business.<br />Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.<br />Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress.<br />Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects.<br />Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector.<br />Office fit-out experience is essential.<br />Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.<br />Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.<br />Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.<br />Full UK driving licence.<br />What's on Offer?
