Court Tech Support & Training Specialist

The ACT Public Service seeks a Services Support Officer to provide onsite ICT support across the three ACT Courts and Tribunals. You will assist in equipment asset management, troubleshooting, and escalation with partner providers to keep services running smoothly.

You will also lead training and support for technology use, integrate new tools with existing procedures, and build strong relationships with service partners to ensure effective uptake and ongoing utilization.
