Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Cloud Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) while developing automation solutions using Python. This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps practices, and cloud security to build scalable, secure, and highperforming enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Develop automation scripts and cloud solutions using Python.
Deploy and manage cloudnative applications and services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Monitor cloud environments, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to deliver cloud solutions.
Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Participate in architecture discussions, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC, Cloud Build, and Cloud Monitoring.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and cloud application development.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud security.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills.

Key Note:

Strong handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Python is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in cloud automation, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines will be highly preferred.
