The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to spark interest in high-quality home improvement solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Cover retail locations in Wayne, East Hanover, Teterboro, Clifton, and Wharton.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a natural enjoyment of engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations and events.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and comfortably stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
