Our Spa Ambassadors: Meet membership sales targets Have a detailed knowledge of our menu of services Provide excellent customer care Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar Perform various other duties as assigned This part-time Spa Ambassador position includes both weekend and evening hours. Available shifts include: Sundays: 9:30a - 6:30p Tuesdays: 2:30p - 8:30p Wednesdays: 10a - 3:30p Fridays: 2:30p - 8:30p Saturdays: 8:30a - 4:30p & 2:30p - 7:30p Skills & Traits Communication: Ability to communicate with people and to provide service in a professional and personable way Authenticity: Ability to convey genuine enthusiasm for the position and the spa Sales & Customer Engagement: Ability to provide exemplary customer care at all times with the ability to translate this into potential Membership sales Reliability: On-time arrival. No last-minute call-outs. 'Requests' Off' limited to shifts that are covered by co-workers Computer Skills: Zenoti knowledge a plus Qualifications: excellent computer literacy high school diploma+ is required must be 18 years old+ must be exceptionally well-organized with an attention to detail must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
