Job Title: Technical Account Manager – UiPath

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager – UiPath to drive customer technical success, adoption, and value realization through platform guidance, troubleshooting, and automation best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical advisor for enterprise UiPath customers.

• Provide guidance on UiPath platform architecture, installation, upgrades, and best practices.

• Support automation adoption through health checks, design/code reviews, and technical recommendations.

• Collaborate with support and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

• Deliver customer enablement through demos, webinars, and technical sessions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA, Intellignt Aeutomation, or AI solutions.

• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS technologies, Windows/Linux environments, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

• Programming experience with C#, .NET, Java, Python, or PowerShell.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred: UiPath certifications, Kubernetes/Linux administration, and technical consulting experience.
