Servicenow Architect/Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to lead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for large customers. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical leader with strong solution architecture skills, capable of driving technical design, code quality, platform governance, and development best practices while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead solution architecture, technical design, and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions from requirements through production deployment.

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Workspace, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Incl

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform

Nice to have skills:

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Perform architecture reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define implementation strategies.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, CI/CD practices, and platform governance.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
