Senior IT Incident & Problem Manager - Hybrid & Impact-Driven

HUB24 is seeking an experienced IT Incident & Problem Manager to lead major incident responses, drive root cause analysis, and implement improvements that boost reliability and resilience across our technology services. You will coordinate across technical teams, maintain detailed incident records, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you'll deliver service improvements, develop reporting metrics, and promote ITIL best practices to reduce outages and improve
