The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services at customer locations. • Manage stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Handle a variety of service, maintenance, and repair tasks for light vehicles. • Represent the organisation with pride, embodying its values through customer interactions. • Adapt to different challenges and on-the-spot problem-solving for diverse customer needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
