The Role • Conduct train journeys autonomously and safely in passenger transport, adhering to all regulations. • Operate trains within the national FlixTrain network, starting from Berlin. • Communicate effectively with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks to guarantee operational readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge for Berlin is advantageous. • High level of safety awareness and responsibility. • Strong communication, service-oriented, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
