Software Engineer - Test & Verification Level 2 with Security Clearance

Indotronix is seeking an :Software Engineer - Test Automation Level 3 Location :Maryland Heights, MO Bachelor's Degree Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Ability to meet DoD 8140 Program Foundational qualifications first shift, flexible hours. Must work during core hours Active Secret Job Description Support software quality assurance activities by developing and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality in Agile development environments. Collaborate with development teams to validate functionality, improve test coverage, and support continuous delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test plans. * Perform manual and exploratory testing of software applications. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts. * Execute testing activities in .NET Framework and .NET 8/10 environments. * Document, track, and verify software defects and corrective actions. * Monitor and report quality metrics, including defect trends and resolution status. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements. * Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * Active U.S. Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI. * Ability to meet DoD 8140 foundational requirements. * 1+ year of Quality Assurance experience. * Experience with scripting or programming languages such as .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with test automation development. * Experience with Azure DevOps. * Experience developing unit tests. * Knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET 8/10 environments. * Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field. * Industry certifications such as SSCP, GSEC, CySA+, PenTest+, CISSP, or CASP+. Education Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in software engineering, quality assurance, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines
