Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing system implementations, enhancements, and projects, including 3+ years overseeing external vendors for system development.
• Experience with incident management/on-call support and AWS Cloud Certifications.
• Bachelor s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience managing Medicaid Enterprise systems with knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and MMIS concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and preparing executive presentations and reports.
