cer Financial are working alongside an Accountancy firm, who are based in London. They are seeking an Audit Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

MINIMUM OF 2/3 YEARS EXPERIENCE, MUST BE FOCUSED ON CHARITY / NFP / THIRD SECTOR CLIENTS.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.

· Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout audit engagements.

· Liaise with Directors and Partners to plan and coordinate upcoming assignments.

· Brief, supervise and support audit teams, reviewing work and providing coaching throughout engagements.

· Review statutory and other financial statements, overseeing their preparation and timely completion.

· Provide technical guidance to colleagues and resolve complex accounting and audit queries.

· Support the development of junior team members through mentoring, coaching and regular feedback.

· Contribute to the continued success and growth of our specialist Charity & Not-for-Profit team.

The candidate will need:

· ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

· Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients, ideally within the charity, not-for-profit and/or education sectors.

· A genuine interest in supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations and understanding the challenges they face.

· Experience leading, coaching and developing junior team members.
