Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to develop healthcare analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that improve patient outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Build SQL-based reporting solutions.
  • Develop reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, and Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Partner with business users, vendors, and leadership.
  • Create user documentation and training materials.
  • Follow Agile methodology and documentation standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics experience.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Healthcare analytics/reporting experience.
  • Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Epic Billing or EpicCare Data Model Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).

Interview Process

  • 1 Round Virtual Interview (Possible 2nd Round)
