Title: Web Tech Manager (Scala & VuejS)

1. Seeking a Web Tech Manager with 15+ years of experience in full-stack web development and engineering leadership.
2. Strong backend expertise in Scala (60%) and frontend experience in Vue.js (40%) is required.
3. Must be a hands-on technical leader capable of debugging code, troubleshooting production issues, and guiding the team technically.
4. Experience leading web maintenance/support pods and managing incident, enhancement, and production support activities.
5. Manage a team of 8+ engineers, including work allocation, mentoring, sprint planning, and delivery.
6. Strong experience with Java/Scala, REST APIs, MySQL, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
7. Client-facing role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offshore team coordination.
8. Knowledge of React, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CMS platforms like AEM or Drupal is a plus.
9. Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic), release management, and production stability is preferred.
