Project/Delivery Manager - Belfast (Hybrid) Overview of the Company Our client is an established technology organisation with a growing presence across the UK and Ireland. With continued investment in both technology and people, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of software projects while working alongside talented technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) Benefits include: Hybrid working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private medical insurance Annual professional development budget Clear career progression opportunities Employee wellbeing programme Company social events Modern office with collaborative workspaces Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Customer Delivery role Experience delivering software or digital transformation projects Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA and Business functions Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills Ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks and dependencies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools Knowledge of the software development lifecycle Experience working within a SaaS, technology or digital environment Agile, Scrum or Prince2 certification Eligibility Must have the Right to Work in the UK/Northern Ireland Must be based in Belfast or able to commute to the office Visa sponsorship is not available Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of multiple software and digital projects from initiation through to completion Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, QA and Business teams to ensure projects remain on track Facilitate project planning, sprint reviews, status meetings and delivery updates Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies, ensuring any issues are addressed proactively Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes Produce regular progress reports and communicate key milestones to both customers and senior leadership Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support the successful adoption of Agile best practices across project teams Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, meeting agreed quality, scope and timescale expectations Next Steps If you're an experienced Delivery Manager looking to join a forward-thinking technology organisation where you can make a genuine impact, I'd love to hear from you.
