Reportingto the Infrastructure and Network Manager, you will work closely with ICT teammembers, Managed Service Providers and business stakeholders to deliverreliable infrastructure services and third-level technical support.

- Maximum Term - Full Time, 38 hours per week position.

- Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues and implement security measures
- Administer servers, applications and Windows operating systems and environments
- Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity
- Support device management and endpoint platforms including Intune, Google Enterprise and Samsung Knox
- Manage user access rights, permissions and security controls
- Liaise with Managed Service Providers, vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user resources
- Deliver Level 3 technical support and resolve complex network and systems incidents
- Experience managing ICT infrastructure including networks, servers and cloud platforms
- Experience monitoring and maintaining business systems and network equipment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders, lead projects and develop documentation
- Experience administering server environments, operating systems and access controls
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Relevant qualifications in networking, infrastructure or systems administration (desirable)
- Certification in Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and/or Juniper Networks (Highly desirable)
- Previous experience in the Aged Care or Not-for-Profit sector (desirable)
- Current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care and applicable NDIS requirements
- Current NSW Driver Licence and ability to travel across NSW.
