Field Service Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the construction equipment industry for an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover the South West of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and maintenance on construction equipment in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service, maintain and repair construction equipment at customer sites.<br />- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.<br />- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.<br />- Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately.<br />- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the construction equipment or heavy plant industry.<br />- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.<br />- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.<br />- Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br />- Full UK driving licence. What’s on offer: Full-time, permanent position.<br />£16.00–£19.00 per hour.
