The Role • Provide outstanding customer service as a first point of contact, helping customers achieve their financial goals. • Educate customers on available banking services and guide them to the most suitable options. • Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information for customers to make informed decisions. • Resolve complaints and errors efficiently to restore and maintain customer relationships. • Support the wider team and business objectives by maintaining strong internal relationships. What You'll Need • Previous experience in a customer service environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience working within a regulatory environment. • Good technology skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office. • A strong customer-focused attitude and excellent organisational skills. • Ability to manage time effectively to meet performance measures and customer needs.
