L&A Sr. Sales Executive - Northeast | New York, NY | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a global technology leader and business services provider, known for accelerating client success and positive societal impact through responsible innovation. This organization is a top-tier provider of AI and digital infrastructure, with unparalleled expertise in enterprise AI, cloud, security, and application services.
"The Role"
• Drive new logo acquisition within the Life & Annuity (L&A) insurance sector for the Northeast region.
• Develop and sell comprehensive IT consulting services, including application outsourcing, development, infrastructure services, and digital solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with strategic existing clients, focusing on complex, solution-based engagements.
• Engage with C-level executives, including CIOs and CTOs, to understand client needs and present tailored value propositions.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious annual sales quotas, typically exceeding $18 million.
• Conduct market assessments and strategic planning to identify new revenue opportunities.
"What You'll Need"
• 8+ years of direct sales experience selling IT solutions or professional services to L&A insurance clients, with a demonstrated focus on net new logos.
• 5+ years of experience within a Systems Integration or Management Consulting firm.
• Proven success selling complex managed services, full IT outsourcing, application services, and industry vertical solutions.
• Experience with a broad range of IT services, including regulatory compliance, digital transformation, cloud, AI, and ERP solutions.
• Ability to influence multiple C-level executives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent business acumen, financial literacy, and a deep understanding of client decision-making processes.
