Job Description

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho


Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and operational support to technical assignments.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Support coordination of missions, reporting and project implementation.
  • Assist with monitoring activities and stakeholder engagement.


Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, research and analytical support.


Advantage

  • Experience in development cooperation projects.
  • Experience with EU-funded projects.
