The Role • Conduct train journeys safely and in compliance with all regulations. • Operate trains across a nationwide network, ensuring punctual and efficient service. • Liaise effectively with operations control, colleagues, and passengers. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks to ensure operational readiness. • Support operations during weekends and holidays as part of flexible scheduling. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger communication experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Strong commitment to safety and a high sense of responsibility. • Excellent communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Motivation to be part of the sustainable mobility transformation.
