Responsibilities:Project governance and oversightRAID log managementSchedule development and maintenanceStatus reporting and executive communicationsAction item tracking and follow-upMeeting facilitation and coordinationProject documentation managementEscalation managementCoordination across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendorsSupport implementation readiness, testing, deployment, and stabilization activitiesMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions

Required Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of HCM and payroll implementation project management experienceExperience managing large-scale payroll transformation projectsExperience coordinating multiple vendors and workstreamsStrong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience supporting enterprise software implementations involving Workday, payroll, timekeeping, and finance systemsAbility to communicate effectively with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams
