As RVM Systems scales ahead of the UK's Deposit Return Scheme rollout, we're looking for an organised, proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to support the HR Manager with recruitment activity and wider HR administration as the business grows its office and field-based workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment activity across the business, from posting vacancies through to offer stage
  • Post vacancies on relevant job boards and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), and liaise with recruitment agencies where required
  • Screen CVs and applications, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
  • Help draft and issue offer letters, and support pre-employment checks (references, right-to-work)
  • Help maintain an up-to-date view of open vacancies and candidate pipelines, reporting progress to the HR Manager
  • Support building a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles, particularly field engineering positions ahead of the DRS rollout.
  • Support employer branding activity, including keeping job descriptions and careers-related content current

HR Administration:

  • Support the on-boarding process for new starters, including preparing contracts and induction documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements
  • Support absence tracking, holiday records, and general HR administration
  • Assist with probationary reviews and general HR process documentation
  • Respond to routine employee queries, escalating more complex matters to the HR Manager as appropriate

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or HR administration role
  • Confident sourcing and screening candidates, including via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Strong organisational skills, able to support multiple vacancies and pipelines simultaneously
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional candidate-facing correspondence

Desirable:

  • Experience recruiting for field-based, engineering, or technical roles
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms
  • Experience in a business with a field-based/operational workforce

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
  • The opportunity to build your HR and recruitment experience in a fast-growing business
