Role Overview

Our client is supporting the development of advanced AI systems through expert legal review, research, and evaluation.

We are looking for experienced Corporate Attorneys from top-tier US law firms to analyze complex transactions, contracts, litigation materials, and corporate-law scenarios. The role focuses on M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, legal drafting, and issue spotting, with contributors helping ensure that AI-generated legal work reflects real-world US legal practice.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment (1099)

LOCATIONS: Remote USA

HOURLY RATE: $240 - $280/h

Responsibilities

  • Review AI model responses to legal questions for accuracy and reasoning quality
  • Draft expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed critiques
  • Identify hallucinated citations, flawed analysis, and jurisdictional errors
  • Provide structured feedback that improves model performance on legal tasks
  • Active license to practice law in the United States.
  • Recent experience, current or within the last 3 years, at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
  • Strong professional experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
  • Experience handling high-value transactional matters.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills.
  • Excellent written English and ability to explain sophisticated legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail in high-stakes legal work.
