The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your working day from your own home. • Respond to demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm, confident, and think on your feet under pressure.
