Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client's growing team. This role involves working across a diverse portfolio of multi-site, multi-client commercial properties throughout London and the South East.

You will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering a high standard of service across a varied commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of commercial properties
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and electrical breakdowns
• Ensure electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
• Diagnose electrical faults and identify root causes
• Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions where required
• Maintain and service HVAC-related electrical systems
• Work with Building Management Systems (BMS)

Requirements

• Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th/17th edition
• Experience working within building services and facilities management environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
