The IT CAMP/Corridor Administrator applies Safety Management System (SMS) principles and aviation quality assurance standards to all CAMP and Corridor operations, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with FSN and Army Aviation requirements. The administrator monitors system performance, identifies hazards and recurring errors, and supports root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain safe and efficient training operations. This role collaborates closely with FSN Safety, Quality, and Training personnel to align system updates, user practices, and workflow changes with established SMS protocols, while maintaining audit - ready digital records and contributing technical insight during safety reviews, QA meetings, and operational risk discussions.

What you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for providing technical and organizational support for CAMP and Corridor Applications.
- Provides support to the development and organization of CAMP / Corridor applications and implements new technologies.
- Support the design, coding, testing, and implementation of varied reporting solutions using software-specific report generation tools.
- Provide documentation and standards for the applications.
- Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to application users.
- Manage compliance reporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
What you will need to be successful in this role :
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least three years' experience with CAMP and/or Corridor applications.
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Works well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) needed to work with diverse constituencies.
