The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass. • Calibrate driver assistance systems after windshield replacements, as needed. • Manage customer interactions from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle administrative tasks including order entry, invoicing, and material procurement. What You'll Need • A completed apprenticeship and initial experience in the automotive industry (e.g., as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer). • Open to career changers with potential and motivation (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Installer, Painter & Varnisher, or enthusiastic hobby mechanics). • Possession of a Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Confidence in using a PC for daily tasks. • A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and trust.
