The Role • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows, integrating enterprise financial applications with data warehouses and BI platforms. • Ensure data integrity and quality through automated checks, regression testing, and anomaly monitoring. • Independently plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-sized projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. • Support dashboard and reporting development using BI tools to deliver key insights and drive process improvements. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows. • Partner with finance and analytics teams to design effective data solutions and recommend technological enhancements. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics. • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools such as dbt or Informatica. • Strong experience with data modeling, schemas, and data storage techniques within Snowflake. • Proven experience in designing and developing scalable data pipelines within cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake). • Working experience with ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
