Customer Service Specialist - Outbound | Newtownards, Northern Ireland | On-site | £26,436.80

The Role
• Make outbound calls to encourage rebooking of blood donation appointments.
• Provide accurate information and dedicated support to callers regarding blood donation.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent rapport-building skills.
• Accurately record, track, and resolve caller inquiries.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes on customer accounts.
• Adhere to company policies and update knowledge on relevant guidelines.
